At 4K COSMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
